HOW DO I RSVP FOR THE WEDDING?

To confirm attendance, guests must RSVP by March 15th, 2025 complete the form below, and submit a $50 per person room deposit with Just Book It Travel. All guests must book through our confirmed room block to attend the wedding festivities.

DO I HAVE TO BOOK WITH JUST BOOK IT TRAVEL?

To RSVP and confirm your attendance, please book through our website's booking page and use Just Book It Travel for your attendance and RSVP. They manage our guest list, room block, and logistics, ensuring seamless updates. You'll receive a group discount, concierge-level service, and flexible payment options.

WHAT ARE THE SUGGESTED TRAVEL DATES?

Our wedding ceremony and reception will be on January 16, 2026. To make the most of your vacation, we recommend staying from January 14–18, 2026, to enjoy the wedding, excursions, and all-inclusive amenities (3-night minimum). Feel free to arrive early or extend your stay; group rates are available for up to ten nights based on availability. For longer stays, please contact Just Book It Travel for availability and rates.

CAN I BRING ADDITIONAL GUESTS WITH ME?

We’re excited to celebrate with our closest loved ones! Guests are welcome to bring a plus one. For any special requests, feel free to reach out to Beth and Brett.

ARE KIDS INVITED TO THE WEDDING CEREMONY AND EVENTS?

While we absolutely adore your little ones, the celebration will take place at an adults-only resort (18+). Get ready to have a blast!

WHAT IF I'M UNSURE OF MY EXACT TRAVEL DATES, BUT I'M READY TO RSVP BY RESERVING A ROOM?

Reservations can be modified without penalty until the final balance due date of August 25, 2025. If you're unsure of your travel dates, we recommend booking for a longer stay and adjusting later. This ensures availability and allows you to modify dates without penalty before the due date. For questions, email info@justbookittravel.com.

WHAT IF MY TRAVEL COMPANION IS TBD, UNKNOWN AT THIS TIME, OR NOT READY TO BOOK?

Book now for yourself and add a companion later. Reserving solo ensures your room is secured, and you'll receive the double occupancy discount when your companion is added, with rates updated at that time.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE?

A $50 per guest deposit is required to confirm attendance. Partial payments are optional, and guests will be set up on a monthly payment plan for convenience. These monthly reminders are entirely optional and not auto-drafted. The final balance is due by August 25, 2025. Payments are non-refundable after this date, and any refunds would need to be processed through a travel protection claim, if purchased.

DO I HAVE THE OPTION TO PURCHASE TRAVEL PROTECTION?

Yes, travel insurance is highly recommended! It protects your investment from unforeseen events before or during your trip. It's best to purchase travel protection when you make your deposit, but you can add it within 10 days of booking. You may also choose independent coverage from any trusted provider. Please note that after the final balance due date, cancellations are non-refundable unless covered by your insurance. Just Book It Travel offers two travel insurance options for your convenience. *The insurance policy covers full cancellations only; partial cancellations or modifications made after the final balance due date are non-refundable.

WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE?

NO LATER THAN August 25, 2025. Please take advantage of the monthly payment plan. Reminders will be sent frequently by Just Book It Travel.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

You have 10 days from your reservation date to purchase travel protection insurance. After August 25, 2025, all payments are non-refundable, and cancellations will incur a 100% penalty. For any refunds, you must contact your travel protection provider. Travel protection covers full trip cancellations only; any reduction in room nights or occupancy after August 25, 2025, is non-refundable.

Examples:


- Before August 25, 2025: If you cancel before this date, only $50 of the deposit is non-refundable. All other payments will be refunded (with travel protection, even the deposit is refunded).

- On or After August 25, 2025: All payments are non-refundable. File a claim with your travel protection provider for any potential refunds.

WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN TIME?

Check-in is at 3:00 pm, and rooms are typically not available until then. If you arrive earlier, you’re welcome to enjoy the resort’s amenities, pools, and restaurants while the hotel prepares your room. We recommend packing beachwear in your carry-on so you can start enjoying your day right away.

WHAT DOES "ALL-INCLUSIVE" MEAN?

CAN I UPGRADE MY ROOM?

Absolutely! As long as the resort has availability for your travel dates. For your convenience, we have pre-selected the most popular rooms on our wedding website's booking pages. If you wish to book a different room type, please indicate your desired room on your reservation form under the option "Other Room Type - Special Request". Just Book It Travel will contact you with pricing, availability and next steps.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO FIND GOOD FLIGHT DEALS?

To find the best flight deals, use comparison sites like Google Flights, then book directly with the airline for flexibility. Set fare alerts, be flexible with dates (Tuesdays and Wednesdays are often cheaper), and book in advance. Look for airline deals, use miles or points, and clear your browser cache or use incognito mode to avoid inflated prices.

DO I NEED TO HAVE MY PASSPORT PRIOR TO MAKING MY DEPOSIT FOR THE TRIP?

Passports are not required UNTIL guest travel. As long as you provide the hotel with your full legal name, you can arrange travel in advance by RSVPing. Expedited Passports now can take up to 12 weeks - we do recommend getting your passport as soon as possible. Please allow 12-16 weeks for standard passport applications to process following your scheduled appointment with a passport "acceptance facility." If you do not obtain your passport prior to travel, you are responsible for any associated cancellation fees.

DOES EVERY GUEST NEED A PASSPORT TO TRAVEL?

YES! Every guest must have a valid passport to travel. Reminder: please check the EXPIRATION DATE on your passport! The Dominican Republic has a 6-month passport validity rule, meaning your passport must be valid for the entire duration of your stay and at least 6 months beyond your departure date.

WHICH AIRPORT SHOULD I ARRIVE/DEPART?

You should fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN).

HOW DO I ARRANGE GROUND TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE RESORT? AND VICE VERSA?

Round-trip transportation options, both shared and private, will be available 60 days before travel. This service is optional, and guests may choose to arrange transportation independently, if preferred.

WILL I NEED CASH? WHAT ELSE SHOULD I PACK IF THIS IS MY FIRST INTERNATIONAL TRIP, OR FIRST TRIP IN A LONG TIME? HOW CAN I BEST PREPARE?

We recommend that all guests read this Pre-Travel Checklist as prepared by Just Book It Travel, to ensure a seamless travel experience. All confirmed guests will receive very detailed traveling instructions 7-10 days prior to travel.
